Dharti Group is a leading Mullite Manufacturer, Supplier, Exporter in India. Dharti’s Sintered Mullite is produced by solid state diffusion-controlled reactions. It is produced from high purity clay i.e., Kaolin, calcined at higher temperatures (Up to 1700°C).
Dharti’s Sintered Mullite is produced by solid state diffusion-controlled reactions. It is produced from high purity clay i.e., Kaolin, calcined at higher temperatures (Up to 1700°C). Its applications are very diverse and cover from refractory field to technical applications. D-Mullite is meant for applications that demand good chemical and mechanical stability, strength at high temperatures and resistance to spalling, corrosion and flame impingement. D-Mullite is becoming increasingly important in electronic, optical, and high temperature structural applications, because of its low dielectric constant, good transparency for mid-infrared light and excellent creep resistance. D-Mullite can perform excellently in structural refractory products used in applications such as high intensity burner, carbon black reactors and other processes operated at extremes of temperature and corrosive conditions. Our sintered Mullite based products are widely used in glass and steel industry applications for their excellent thermal shock properties, creep resistance and resistance to chemical attack.
Sintered Mullite Grades We Offer : D-Mullite-50, D-Mullite-60
