We manufacture best quality calcined bauxite by calcining high grade bauxite. During the intense calcination process, raw bauxite undergoes rigorous chemical as well as physical changes. The entire amount of combined as well as free moisture groups gets expelled from the bauxite. Even the alumina minerals, which are present in the bauxite, go through a series of marked changes due to the loss of the OH groups. Then they get converted into first transitional alumina phases and gradually into alpha-alumina or corundum form at excessive temperature.
